About Founder
Purushotham Adoni is an experienced professional in the field of plastics with 23 years of experience in various companies including GE Plastics, 3M, SABIC and Dupont.
Having a master's degree in polymers, Purushotham gained expertise in concept to commercialization of plastics product development. Worked 5+ years in fundamental R&D in plastics products development and a co-inventor in 7 US patents and co-author in 4 international publications. Developed and commercialized several new products during the professional journey.
Purushotham has expertise in product development, process development, application development and commercialization of specialty plastics and also consults for new project set up and problem-solving areas of plastics. Started entrepreneurship journey about 10 years back and successfully established companies in specialty plastics business, bio-plastics business and recycling business.
Purushotham is founder of Nexapol Private Limited where he has developed very specialized polymer compounds that goes in footwear, cables, automotive plastic parts etc and successfully scaled up the business.
