NEXA Evax (For Footwear)

Nexasil PP50 (For Automotive)

50% active content based on PP carrier resin for automotive interior molded parts to improve scratch resistance and mar resistance. Compared to conventional silicones, NexasilPP50 has excellent compatibility with PP, PPCP, TPO, TPE and TPV compounds. The proprietary process technology of Nexapol Pvt Ltd delivers a fine dispersed masterbatch which enables customers to achieve excellent surface properties of the end product.

Nexasil PLB50 (For PLB Pipes)

Conduit pipes require a very low coefficient of friction (less than 0.06) to enable smooth drawing of cables. NexaSil PLB50 is an HDPE-based silicone masterbatch containing 50% silicone polymer, uniformly and finely dispersed using high-precision process technology. It is highly compatible with HDPE and delivers an excellent reduction in the coefficient of friction.

Nexasil WC50 (For Wire & Cable)

NHFR compounds, when made with polyolefins, require a high loading of fillers (up to 70%) such as aluminium hydroxide or magnesium dihydroxide to achieve flame-retardant performance. High filler loading creates a lot of friction, limits line speed, and hampers the surface quality of the insulation and jacketing. In addition, high filler loading causes die build-up, high torque, and frequent need for cleaning. NexaSil WC50, a polysiloxane-based additive masterbatch made using a special cross-linking technology, enhances the lubricity of the material, leading to easier processing, lower extruder torque, reduced die build-up, and faster line speeds.

Universal Silicone Additive
